Drowsy Driving
The definition of drowsy is a feeling of being sleepy, tired or not fully awake. It is when you are just about to fall asleep and are having a hard time keeping your eyes open. Your eyelids droop and your head starts to nod. Yawning becomes almost constant and your vision becomes blurry. This might be a fatal incident to happen while driving. Driving is a tiring process and not getting enough sleep or rest can make one drowsy. Our body is accustomed to rest during the night. One could become the victim of tragedy of drowsy driving due to ignorance. There are a majority of people who cannot tell if they are about to fall asleep while others choose not to acknowledge. There are some signs that should tell a driver to stop and rest: Difficulty focusing. Daydreaming. Trouble remembering the last few kilometers or missing a traffic signal.
