Drunk Driving- A social ill. Alcohol and driving don’t mix, it has been found to play a social ill since centuries in almost all countries of the world. Rules of Learner’s License in India A driver’s license is an official document issued under government authority permitting a specific individual to operate a motor vehicle. Under the provisions of the Motor Vehicle’s Act, 1988 in India, no person can drive a motor vehicle in any public place unless he holds a driver’s license issued to one, authorized to drive a vehicle of a particular category.
